Dr Paul Molino
DIRECTOR & PRINCIPAL
For over 16 years Paul has been a leader in the innovation sector in Australia and overseas. Having undertaken a BSc (Hons) and PhD at the University of Melbourne, Paul worked as a consultant before moving to the university sector where he worked as a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Wollongong's Innovation Campus. During this time he developed a passion for identifying and developing research opportunities with industry partners. Paul developed and led numerous successful research partnerships with government and industry partners to develop new materials, processes and devices in order to solve significant industry challenges, and confer a competitive market advantage and/or open new markets. Paul is passionate about partnering with new clients, hearing their challenges, and helping them achieve their business goals. Paul has worked in research and development roles in Australia and overseas, and has successfully acquired over 1.5 million dollars in research funding for academic and industry research projects.
Dr Binbin Zhang
DIRECTOR & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Binbin has developed significant experience working in a number of research and development roles both in Australia and overseas. Binbin completed a BSc at Zhejiang University, China, before completing her masters degree at the University of Sydney, followed by a PhD at the Australian Institute for Innovative Materials at the University of Wollongong. Thereafter Binbin worked as a research fellow at the University of Wollongong, before spending several years in research and development roles in Japan at Yokohama National University, and the Kanagawa Institute of Industrial Science and Technology. Binbin brings considerable experience in polymer science, additive fabrication and manufacturing, and biomaterials science, and has developed a significant network of academic and industry partners in Australia and internationally. Binbin is fluent in English, Mandarin and Japanese, and has been highly successful in establishing multidisciplinary research and development projects.
